Warmer with breezes

Sub freezing beginning around 28, it's clear and ay wind will give you a chill 5-10mph. Sunny and dry for a good portion of the week with mid 50's to near 6 today in the valley. Slowly warming up as we have high pressure giving us the above average temperatures.  We'll reset this warmer November weather by weekend and an occasional wave crosses us this week to put limited shower chances into the valley (20%) late Wed/Thursday but nothing major. Mountain snow flies by and better chances show up by next weekend. Average temperature this time of the year is lower 40's.  Lows usually in the 20's.
