Mountain snows today and cold temps this morning

Our wind chills this morning, even with a slight breeze, take us below zero and everything is frozen up. It will be slightly warmer today for highs in the valley, upper 30's to near 40. 39 in Jackson, even after air temps below zero this morning. There will be sun and light northerly winds today and mainly dry for our region, outside of the central mountains.
