UPDATED: Victim, suspect identified in Fort Hall stabbing
FORT HALL, Idaho (KIFI)- Officials have identified the man who was killed, and the man who was arrested in a stabbing late Friday night.
The Fort Hall Police Department received an anonymous call about 10:43 P.M. Friday night that "someone had been stabbed and was not breathing," a release from the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes reads.
Officers responded to a residence on Agency Road where they located the victim, 34-year-old Dylan Tindore of Fort Hall, who had been stabbed and was deceased upon arrival at the scene. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Tindore was stabbed by 28-year-old, Tre Martin of Fort Hall, at a residence on Broncho Road on the Fort Hall Reservation.
According to Fort Hall Chief of Police Pat Teton, “Officers were able to locate Martin and place him into custody.” This incident is currently under investigation by the Fort Hall Police and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). This is an isolated event and there is no danger to the community, no other information is being released at this time.
Teton states, “Our condolences go out to the family of Dylan Tindore family.”

A man is dead, and a person is in custody after a deadly stabbing Friday, January 7 on the Fort Hall Indian Reservation.
A press release sent by the FBI says both them and the Fort Hall Police Department are investigating.
"There is no threat to public safety at this time. Anyone with information on this case is asked to contact the Salt Lake City FBI at (801) 579-1400 or the Fort Hall Police Department at (208) 238-4000. As this is an ongoing investigation, no further information will be released," the release states.
