IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - Here's what you should know to start your Monday.

1. The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality has filed a lawsuit against the Island Park Water Company and Dorothy Mccarty, the company's owner. 93 significant deficiencies are detailed in the suit. It also has the backing of Governor Brad Little and the Attorney General's office.

2. A structure fire burned a welding shop in Rigby down to the ground on Saturday. Rigby Police closed off Highway 48 from the blocks of 4000 and 4100 East. The building is counted as a complete loss.

3. Starting today, construction will start the intersection of Yellowstone with Anderson Street and Lincoln Road. At least one lane in each direction will be open but only right turns will be allowed in the construction zone. Meanwhile, the Yellowstone and Broadway-Elm Street intersection will be closed. The goal is to have both projects finished by the middle of September.
