25-year-old Devin Balmer was booked into the Bingham County Jail. He is alleged to have possessed sexually exploitative material.
The Blackfoot City Police Department, Bingham County Sheriff’s Office, Pocatello Police Department and Homeland Security Investigations all assisted the ICAC Unit with the arrest.
“The importance of the work our ICAC unit performs is immeasurable. I am continually grateful for their dedication to protecting our children,” Attorney General Labrador said.
