Power restored to Idaho Falls customers
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI/KIDK) - UPDATE 2:08 p.m. Idaho Falls Power reports Fairway Estates is back on.
If anyone is still without power, contact 208-612-8430.
UPDATE 1:01 p.m. Idaho Falls Power was able to restore power to the majority of customers in the Fairway Estates area.
For customers still out, crews are replacing the pole and will restore power as soon as possible.
UPDATE 12:00 p.m. Idaho Falls Power reports power has been restored to all customers on 17th street.

For customers in Fairway Estates, crews are still working to get power back up.
UPDATE 11:31 a.m. Idaho Falls Power reports the vast majority of customers should have power restored along 17th.
There are a few customers who's power is still out until complete repairs can be made.
UPDATE: 10:27 a.m. The onsite crew repairing the outage affecting customers on E. 17th Street hopes to have most of the affected customers back on within the hour.
UPDATE 10:21 a.m.: All customers along N 5th W, from Pevero, north to W 65th N will be in the affected area. The cause is a burned down pole that needs to be replaced.
UPDATE 10:13 a.m. Due to a pole fire, customers currently out in Fairway Estates will be out for approximately 4-6 hours to replace the pole. Unfortunately, more customers may be affected as the repair will require additional customers to be affected.
UPDATE 9:55 a.m. Idaho Falls Power has been able to restore power to a portion of our customers affected by the outage.
Due to the nature of the outage and the repair, Idaho Falls Power said it may be 2-4 hours for power to be fully restored.
For those customers in Fairway Estates, crews are working on restoring power. There is no specific estimated time when power will be restored.
ORIGINAL: Idaho Falls Power is currently experiencing a power outage affecting customers along Hitt Road from Lincoln, south to E. 17th, west to Hoopes.
