Blackfoot Girls Basketball holds off late Thunder Ridge charge to stay unbeaten

IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - The Blackfoot Broncos remain perfect on the court this season, but they had to work for the win Thursday night as Blackfoot held off a late charger from Thunder Ridge in a 50-49 win.

The Broncos led by as many as 20 points late in the first half, but the Titans kept pushing, making it a nail biter late.

But Blackfoot pulled off the one-point victory to improve to 17-0.

Next up, Blackfoot travels to Shelley Wednesday night while Thunder Ridge faces Madison. Both games tip off at 7:30 p.m.
