Record Warmth for November today

With a push of high pressure and warm air from a ridge south and west of us, we'll hit 60+ degrees today. Winds ahead of and behind a frontal boundary tonight with take things from the SW 25-45mph with gust higher possibly.

Wind Advisory is in effect for tomorrow 5am-8pm for the Snake River Plain. Cool air shifts temps into the 30's tonight (cooler than the 40's we saw this morning) and highs for tomorrow only have the momentum to get to the low 40's. Mountain snows and some scattered rain bust the central mountains and eastern highlands overnight with little accumulation. Highs in November are averaged to be in the 40's and we'll feel more seasonal tomorrow, but cold air clears everything out Wednesday so we only get into the mid 30's. Another system creates a wintry shower chance Friday.
