It's another dreary cloudy day with a good shot at scattered showers/storms into this afternoon. We'll lay out about 50% chance, especially for the I-15 corridor and highland/mountains to the east. Flood warnings remain for the Portneuf area and other parts to the south and east into Bear Lake country.
