Chance of rain and thunderstorms continue through Friday and this weekend

A small area of low pressure moving slowly to our north, will continue to deliver scattered showers and thunderstorms to our region.

For Friday, we’ll see high temperatures in the lower 70’s for the Snake River Plain. Mostly cloudy skies with a chance of rain and thunderstorms. Northeast winds around 5-10 mph. A few showers overnight into Saturday morning with overnight lows in the lower 50’s.

Saturday, partly cloudy for the Snake River Plain. A slight chance of showers in the lower elevations, with scattered showers in the mountains. High temperatures in the mid 70’s for the Snake River Plain.

There is a slight chance of rain and thunderstorms for Sunday. A high temperature in the mid 70’s.
