Sunny and getting warmer

Chilly start with no clouds for blankets...we've got an overload of high pressure for the extended next 4 days at least. Another trough will override this nice weather ridge of high pressure into Tuesday dropping temperatures from 80 degree mark to the mid 70's ahead of 60's for Wednesday and Thursday with a chance of cold showers. Isolated showers and storms begin to roll up for the zone into late Monday and 30% risk of storms shows up in the forecast.

That, in turn, moves the overnight lows to 30's for the valley and upper 20's in the mountains. Wow! Autumn is coming next week, or at least a taste of it.

TODAY: Sunny, light winds 77

SATURDAY: Sunny, warmer near or at 80

SUNDAY: Consistent sunshine and 80 or more degrees.
