Kunz v. Klein feud drags on

Klein Investigations and Consulting President Philip R. Klein announced Wednesday Alan Browning, attorney at law, has filed a reconsideration, of the reconsideration, of the reconsideration of the dismissal of the lawsuit Kunz v. Klein.

Technically the case is still dismissed Klein said; however, Browning on behalf of Kunz has requested the court reconsider its reconsiderations.

Klein said he gave his lawyers authorization Wednesday morning to file sanctions against all parties in this matter as this case has now been decided three times and has been dismissed. Equally, there have been three reconsiderations that have all upheld the decision of the court.

“At this point, we believe this is judicial harassment, and we, again, are asking for sanctions in this matter. We are very sad that this legal saga continues even under dismissal,” Klein said.

Currently, Kunz owes KIC Tx $109,000 in legal fees – to which now will go up.

Klein said they are asking the court to sanction his attorney.

Until the hearing, Klein said they will continue to hold the new website closed and will announce its release after the next adjudication.

“This is a prime example of Lawsuit Abuse,” Klein said. “We hope and pray that the courts send a serious message.”
