S Holmes Avenue to temporarily close
IDAHO FALLS, Idaho (KIFI) - You are advised to plan an alternate route as a section of S Holmes Avenue will be temporarily closed to traffic starting Wednesday, Sept. 6.
Motorists traveling on S Holmes Avenue, Sunnyside Road south to W 49th S, will be detoured to accommodate a two-day road closure. Barring unforeseen issues, that section of roadway will reopen by Friday, Sept. 8.
The closure is necessary to allow Knife River to tie in utilities associated with new development in the area.
Please reduce speeds, obey posted traffic control signage, and watch for construction crews throughout the work zone.
