Idaho exchange organizers want separate website
The Idaho Health Care Exchange wants to make Your Health Idaho a separate site from the federal government.
Many people using the online health exchange are still running into problems. Although most of the kinks have been resolved, many people aren’t sure what policy is best for them. Others just don’t want to apply online.
Your Health Idaho Community Outreach Representative Randy Gardner said they are linking the site with resources to help people through the process.
“They (applicants) can find what tax credits, if any, that they will qualify for. They can download paper applications. So, we’re just going through a revamp of the web page to make it a lot easier to get information,” said Gardner.
Your Health Idaho hopes to have its own website by next year.
